An observation 

When I leave the dashboard to do a Kwiz, I then get the option to do another Kwiz.. (Test recommended again) and continuing without going back to the dashboard and often find that there are new questions coming up on subjects that I have not studied.. then when I go back to the dashboard, I discover that there are a whole load of new lessons.

Any chance of indicating next to the Kwiz again box that there are new lessons on the dashboard?

I’ve always thought that in a negation the preposition ‘de’ is used, so in « I don’t waste water » I wrote « je ne gaspille pas d’eau » but this was corrected to « je ne gaspille pas l’eau ». My thought pattern was supported in « when I can’t cycle » - « quand je ne peux pas faire de vélo » (given that : to cycle = faire du vélo). Can this be explained ?

3 or 4 or 5 is correct ?

3. parler au traiteur   /   4.  parler à traiteur   / 5.  parler avec traiteur

why is (make us do our homework)translated as "faire faire"

'I share my apartment with five people, including one girl.'

I realise the lesson is about 'dont', but could one use 'compris' or 'y compris' instead of dont? If so, which, and would compris need an e because the girl is feminine?

It’s some consolation to me, having read all the submissions, that I’m not the only one having difficulty with this concept. Has the reconstruction, promised a year ago, been implemented yet? If not, may I make a suggestion? How about, instead of asking "If she could fly, she would go to the moon.", ask instead "If she was able to fly, she would go to the moon.”?

I am trying why the woman's male partner addresses her as "tu" in one sentence, then as "vous" in the next sentence. Would please explain why?

In "J'aurais pu changer ..."  I kept hearing and "l" in "pu."  Did anybody else hear this, too?

Why "de Hong Kong" and not "d'Hong Kong" ? Is it because city name consists of two words ?
