dont was whose earlier but know means of whom/which. i'm getting muddled even thogh ive just gone through lessons again. Can some one make it a little simpler please. Or just a different explaination
Why was my answer marked wrong because I used tu instead of vous when there was no indicator either way.
Wouldn’t either choice be correct in a quiz?
I realize that in speech there is always a reason for choosing tu versus vous.

I think there is a mistake made regarding 'ces 'which is translated as those and not these.

Comment: This may be grammatically correct in French, but in English, if you say that two people are ‘kissing themselves’, that would literally mean that each of them is kissing their OWN bodies (or parts of), And of course, this would be bizarre.
Interesting to read but I'm getting a bit stuck on "l'on" as in "il ne faut pas que l'on nous voie". Why is the "l' " necessary? What does it refer to?
