"Personnellement" is misspelled in the answer, according to my French dictionary.
I’ve no idea what a determinant or partitive article is - could you please extend the list of examples beyond ‘un/une/le/la...’ as this topic is really confusing.

I've been using Google Translate, but there are many words, like "a ride"....translated to "un tour" and not "une manège" OR "queue line" translated to "la file d'attente."
