Please help me distinguish those two words, I keep making mistake when it comes to translating the word "predict" in English.

One minor detail to improve here: I got confused by "dans le petit bassin" being translated as "to the small pool", which means "au petit bassin", instead the correct English translation is "into the small pool".

Why is
grandes quilles de bois acceptable but not grande boule de bois?
In the second example ‘grande’ is corrected to ‘grosse’.
Both are describing ‘big’ as in:
-eight big wooden skittles
-a big wooden ball
Let's say I am discussing the Japanese in general (not some specific Japanese people) with my friend, and I think they are creative, should I say : Ce sont créatifs or Ils sont créatifs?
