do these adverbs need to agree with the object's gender?

Adverbs are immutable and don't have a gender.

Hi Rita,

The adverb, which normally follows the verb; provides further information about the verb and is not related to the object. In fact, there may not even be an object in the sentence but there could still be an adverb providing further information about the verb.
