How can I say in French? My grandsons are active.

"Il devrait encore être sous garantie." "Il devrait toujours être sous garantie." This exercise uses "encore" exclusively here, but I was wondering if this was an example of a case where "encore" and "toujours" could be used interchangeably to mean "still"? It is a hard concept to grasp because of the other meanings of these 2 words, and one I just can't seem to get right. For example, could "Il devrait encore être sous garantie" have 2 possible meanings depending on context i.e. "It should (still or again) be under warranty", and could "Il devrait toujours être sous garantie" also have 2 possible meanings i.e.  "It should (still or always) be under warranty" ? 

In this sentence, "Cette-fois-là, je retins ma joie jusqu'à ce que je fus sûr", they did not use the subjunctive after jusqu'à ce que. Just wondering why...

When this command is negated, it becomes "Ne vous dépêchez pas ! (or ne te dépêche pas). I could not understand the rationale for this structure by reading the current lesson.  I am guessing the reason may be because, nous, vous,  and te are pronouns and so surrounded together with the verb by ne and negative word. Clarification would be greatly appreciated.

But  kwiziq is saying right answer is 

Tu n'habites pas ici depuis longtemps

In the sentence of the lesson -J’ai un chien et une chienne. The audio speaks “shienn” for both words although ‘chien’ is spoken as ‘shian’ with a nasal sound I recall .

Also ‘et’ is not clear to me . Maybe because I am not a native speaker. Please clarify.

I said "donc on est allé voir un film".  Would that be OK  too?

wouldnt the phrase je vais skier translate to "im going to ski" and not I go skiing?

Wouldnt you say en hiver, je fait du skie or something like that?
