How do we express "to make someone late?"The Week One B2 writing challenge used "mettre" rather than "faire" to say when something (a taxi) made me late ("m'a mis en retard"). Is there a lesson with some examples on using mettre? Thanks.

use of plus-que parfaitAs a first step into B2 territory, I'm trying to understand how/when this tense is used. My first idea is that it is used in a "story- telling" way. e.g. Elles étaient allées manger une glace. They had gone to eat an ice cream.... Thus they were not home when the tree fell in their house. Or: "I know a tree fell on their house- are they okay? Yes, they had gone to eat an ice cream." So, am I going in the right direction as far as understanding how this tense is used?

Je ne le sais pas OR Je ne sais pas

"Sais-tu que Amy est mort?" - "Je ne le sais pas" OR "Je ne sais pas"?

According to the lesson saying that le replace ideas that are introduced by que, but "je ne sais pas" seem more commonly used

Subjonctif futur"J'ai peur que tu ne le fasses" means "I'm scared you'll do it" according to one test. But shouldn't it rather be "I'm scared you are doing it"? There seems to be no subjonctif futur in French?

Il faut que je fasse mes devoirs.Il faut que je fasse mes devoirs. (I must do my homework.) Could this also be: Il me faut que je fasse mes devoirs? When do you use the reflexive?

Étudier verb conjugation and pronunciation

I have a question about the pronunciation on the conjugation page of the verb étudier, I looked it up to understand the difference between present and imperfect of the nous and vous forms.

I found that it gives je étudie rather than j’étudie and that the il and on forms of "étudiait" are pronounced differently from "elle étudiait". Is this correct?

Quelques-uns/unesI don''t see the use of these pronouns but have come across them elsewhere. Do they serve as indefinite pronouns? In which contexts might they be used? Perhaps a lesson on these?
