Great dictée, interesting, with food for thought.

I continue to find punctuation challenging, as the speaker's voice does not always indicate what follows etc. 

An example from this dictée: It opens with "Bonjour" followed by - to me - a long silence in which l imagine the speaker connecting with the audience and then, "Aujourd'hui..." So  l wrote "Bonjour! Aujourd'hui ..." whereas Kwiziq is programmed for "Bonjour, aujourd'hui ...".

I no longer deduct for punctuation such as commas, exclamation marks  and full stops and wonder whether naming at least these could be considered. Thanks!

Is there any difference between "il a fait exprès de casser ma poupée" and "il a cassé ma poupée exprès"?

I've only ever encountered the latter before, and it seems more straightforward to not have the extra verb floating around, but perhaps there's a subtle difference that I'm missing?

as a lifelong English speaker (and teacher) this sounds odd, well ungrammatical actually. Surely we would say, or at leadt write:

You and them, you are going to have fun!

as in French.

i wrote 

j'aime 'ramasser' instead of 'collectionner'

Is it right?

It might be grammatically correct but it’s kinda creepy! Kwiziq has to cater for all tastes I suppose.

I see there's an example: "Quels bonbons tu as choisis?"

I guess that because "bonbons" is a COD in this question and it stands before the verb "choisi" so the verb has to accord with the COD --> it becomes "chosis"

But when I use deepL to try another example: "Which dress did she wear?"

The answer is: "Quelle robe a-t-elle porté?"

My question is shouldn't it be: "Quelle robe a-t-elle portée?"

Or is there an exception I didn't know about? More examples relating to this is very much appreciated.

Hello , to my understanding , there are 2 types of question ,formal and informal . But what type is this that the question "Combien coûte ce livre ?" belongs to ?, Because it's not follow the formulas for formal type ( Est-ce que or inversion ) . And it's not also follow the formula itonation for informal type (question word + statement itonation) like Combien ce livre coûte ?. Why combien is an adverb but can be followed by a verb (coûte).  So it confuses me here  . Can you explain for me please ?

The speech on this exercise is so unclear it's almost impossible for an intermediate speaker to understand. I understand you're trying to provide a variety of accents and voices, but I don't think it helps someone at an intermediate level to give a lesson with a very unclear voice. I played this to a native French speaker, and she had trouble understanding it. Please re-record!
