J’a lu aujourd’hui que le Président Trump a dit, « Quand je publierai ma déclaration financière, [...] elle ne prouvera qu’une chose : que je suis beaucoup plus riche que ce que les gens pensaient. » Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on a besoin de ce que dans ce sentence.  Merci.

The correct "City of Lights" translation for Paris in French is La Ville Lumière not La Cité des Lumières! You should fix this.

Hi, nice passage. I thought that the indicative tense is used after "après que" while the subjection with the expletive "ne" is used after "avant que." Could you please clarify as the past subjunctive is used after "après que" in the text. Merci !

So you only use va/vont? And do you conjugate with the person or the object? 

Eg la rose va a ma sœur - is it la rose or ma sœur that is triggering these use of va?

In the same way, how would you say the rose suits us?

I thought with occupations there was no article prior to the occupation. Je suis médecin, not je suis un medecin. Is this an exception?

Why is it that the ending /s/ in "boutiques", in this sentence "mais toutes les BOUTIQUES EN ligne sont en rupture de stock", is not pronounced before the next vowel /e/ in "en"? 

So it was pronounced like /boutiQUE-en/, rather than /boutiqueS-en/ which is what I expected.

Is it just a style? I find it hard to know when I'm supposed to pronounce the /s/, or /x/ at the end of a word if it comes before a vowel, and when I don't.

Hello is  the expression tant miuex the same as bonne chehance. Can I use it in the same CONTEXT?
