These are exactly the same constructions, therefore they can not both be correct.

why is 'écossais[e]" the only nationality not capitalized?

So if venir de + infinitive means to have just done something, why has ‘juste’ been introduced in the sentence “Je viens juste d’emménager”. It sounds a bit like “i’ve just just moved”.

When I have done well on a quiz, there is often a comment regarding what I have "won".  "Someone won something!" or, " Look at all you've won!"  I was just wondering what am I winning or what have I won, and where is it being kept?

In the sentence the weather was nice for whole week, so we should have used il faisait but you have used il a fait please explain

Why is is imparfait used in this sentence?  L'écureuil allait plus vite que lui...  I would have considered the phrase  part of the story chronology-- not background/description.  Or should I "translate" it as The squirrel was faster than him...  since it is a comparison of speed?  Merci?
