whats the difference and which one is correct

it is really confusing

Should je suis toujours anxieux also be an accepted answer compared to je suis toujours nerveux? Or perhaps anxieux is considered more a medical condition and too strong in this context? 

The detail says to use Mon, ma or mes but the first to examples use son, sa, ses.  Why is that?

Why is 'penser a' here, but not 'penser de' (opinion).  Wouldn't it might be good to know that in addition to 'y' for a clause with 'a'; that 'en' for a clause with 'de' is appropriate (and, I think, clearer than just another 'le')?

Is it "j'ai encore besoin de l'aide de mon fidèle dictionnaire !" Instead of j'ai encore besoin d' aide de mon fidèle dictionnaire!" because it is a specific dictionary that they are talking about?

The tense chosen for pouvoir in this case is the conditional, which to me translates as "would you tell..."  and not as "could you tell..."  I get this wrong a lot and I am aware of the lesson but still err in regard to translating could.  Help!

I'm sorry if this has already been spoken about (I have had a look but there is so much on this subject). I was asked the question in the main quiz "________ de tout mon cœur." - Now I thought as it is so deeply expressed and the "note" section in the topic states "NOTE that you can also use the verb adorer to emphasise love of something or someone", I would use "J'adore Sarah". However, I was marked wrong and should have been "J'aime Sarah". So I find the note section misleading. Maybe that should be expressed differently?

Since both parts of the sentence refer to a feeling/opinion, shouldn't both parts be conjugated using the imperfect past tense?

"Je ne voulais pas choisir pour elle, mais j'ai été soulagé"

Just wondering if "le repas du midi" is indeed correct for the midday meal? (I thought that it was "le repas de midi", but maybe they are both correct?)
