Do my ears deceive me..

In the sentence , doesn't sound like it starts with a . I listen to that over and over again and I just couldn't hear . Does anyone else get that problem?

Which one is correct? Can't we use indefinite articles with the days of the week ?

"de nombreux" au lieu de "beaucoup"

J'allais ecrire "de nombreux" mais j'ai change ma reponse a "beaucoup de". Ma question est tout simplement pourqoui pas "beaucoup de" ? Est-ce que la phrase "de nombreux" est meilleur dans ce cas ?
