I wonder - why you said 'j'ai passé (de nombreux après-midis)' when every other past tense is written as the imperfect? Every thing done here was a repeated past action.
What is wrong with in question 4 answering "seulement" - it sound perfectly idiomatic.

I did miserably on this exercise. Seems that in progressing from B1 to B2 one faces quite a chasm. Without a bridge.
Just to mention it, I’ve never heard anyone describe jumping from a diving board in this way. More conventionally, we’d instead say something like “and I’ll dive without fear”, or “and I’ll take the plunge without hesitation”.
