I practice pronunciation by reading these texts aloud and checking my pronunciation against the recording - that's why I noticed.

Could one also say, "Le matin j'avais beau de me reveiller?"

I understood from the lesson that one could say,

Qu'est-ce que c'est la Sorbonne? or Qu'est-ce que la Sorbonne? but the answer of the quiz gives the first answer as wrong and the second correct? Have I missed something or are they both correct?

What's the difference between juste au cas ou and au cas ou. Both seem to be translated as just in case?

My dictionary defines "rayon" as a department within a store, not as an aisle (which it translates as "allée")

Hi, in “Et pour le maquillage, j'ai opté pour un ombré bleu nuit” should it be ombre instead of ombré? The reason I think this is that ombre seems to be a noun, whereas ombré is an adjective.
