Could someone please clarify for me in the following sentences if they are in the active or passive, voice, please, and if so, why? Thank you.
1. Tu etais sortie. (Pls. forgive lack of accent. Thx.)
2. Le chien sera sorti.
3. It sera entre (again, with an acute accent).

I am struggling a bit with the use of these, for example "You need a new bike" I would have thought either correct but the quiz says only besoin de is correct. Have tried reading other threads but none the wiser.

Why is this answer wrong? I understand we can use "se regarder", which is the accepted answer, but I don't understand why this other option is not accepted (it's from a dropdown where options both were present).
