Hi

Why is the test answer as follows: Je prends cette rue en dépit du panneau stop instead of en dépit de panneau stop?  I couldn't see any explanations for this on the lesson, I could on see du used in the exception en dépit du bon sense.

What is the meaning of 'très fleur bleue'?  I never heard that expression before.

The "I'm forty" appears twice (around question 3 and 4).

Why isn't 'attentif' not acceptable as well as 'attentionné' in the sentence: "Il est très attentionné..."?

In the writing challenge "At Uncle Robert's 70th birthday" we are asked to translate "when I'm done with all that".

The suggested answers both use "en". E.g. "quand j'en aurai fini avec tout cela".

I wonder why "en" is required? I expect it to replace "de qqch" but in this sentence isn't that role - specifying what is being finished - supplied by "avec tout cela"?

Is there a lesson on Kwiziq that gives an example of this usage? It is not really included in En can replace de + [phrase] (French Adverbial Pronouns)

So, the lesson on combining nouns says to use some form of à when describing a taste and the lesson gives the example of "glace à la vanille."  That seems consistent with my memory of "pain au chocolat."  So why is it "les œufs en chocolat" and not "au chocolat"?  Thanks.

How to form interrogative?

We know that “on” has been explained to mean “one” (in general terms) just like in English, in which case in the sentence above it would mean “no one is allowed to park here, generally”. So I am confused by the fact that, the answer to the multiple choice questions did not include the above option as a valid answer :(
