French Present Subjunctive

The present subjunctive is the present tense of the subjunctive mood. It is used after certain conjunctions, expressions, and verbs to indicate some sort of subjectivity, such as doubt, fear, necessity, or possibility.

For example

Il faut que nous venions te voir.
We must come to see you.

Il est important qu'il apprenne ses leçons.
It's important that he learns his lessons.
