A1 or A2 Exercise?

Having completed all the grammar lessons, I am now going through the listening exercises, (in order of levels), which I am enjoying as a great way to review lessons and vocabulary.

Just a note: I found this exercise among the A1 listening exercises, but above it is labeled as A2.

Maybe it is mislabeled?

Adjectives ending in -er become -ère in the feminine

This question referring to visitors either visiteurs or visiteuses has a reference to adjectives ending in "er" becoming "ere" in the feminine. Could you please explain how this is relevant? I'm really missing something here.

You were polite yesterday is not a one time action, it's a state of being, so to say “tu as été polis hier" is incorrect.

I’ll n’a pas eu Son diplôme means didn’t receive his degree only?Non, il n'a pas eu son diplôme - why is it “he didn’t receive his degree”? Since he didn’t pass his exam, “he hasn’t got a degree”, one of the other answers.
