Hello,
Can someone please tell me what 'Qu'est-ce que vous avez de bon aujourd'hui?' actually means?
I have known French for years but I am not familiar with this term.
Please can someone help?
Thank you
Let me start by saying that I love Kwiziq! Kwiziq software and method are superior and indispensable.

Is it 'de' rather than 'des' because 'des' becomes 'de' in a negative sentence ?
Salut. "Dont" c'est un pronom relatif qui me confond toujours -- quelquefois je me sens que je le comprends un peu mieux.
"Un traitement antirétroviral prophylactique est proposé à celles dont la test est positif"
Pourquoi dont? avec quoi s'accord il? peut-on dire ".... a celles pour qui la test est positif"?
By virtue of "petits," "mollusques" is masculine plural. But, "délicieux" seems to agree with "chair." "Chair" seems to be part of an adjectival phrase. So, this means "delicious tide" rather than "delicious mollusk." I remember hearing that "délicieux" does not mean the same thing in English. There was a news report when President Macron used it on an international trip and all the English speakers got the wrong idea. Any comments?
I am a bit confused with ne...pas Le passe compose/ present indicatif for depuis longtemps. In a test I translated "How would you say ''I haven't been in France for long.''? as "Je n'arrive pas en France depuis longtemps."
But it was marked wrong. Can you explain why Passe compose is the correct tense for this
It would be good for this useful piece of information to have a link to a list of such verbs.
"J'habite au Costa Rica"
or
"J'habite en Costa Rica"
Which one is correct? Thanks!
