When I listen to this, I'm sure I'm hearing Il Y a-t-il un problème ? - Oui, il y a un problème.

Perhaps I'm just imagining it? 

I still don't understand whey, "Qu'est-ce que le fois gras," Is not an acceptable way of saying "What is?" QUE (what) est-ce (is it) le fois gras.

Why is it any less acceptable than "Qu'est-ce que c'est que" The explanations just don't make sense to me. Could you clarify?

Qu’on puisse avoir autant de désordre..   why the subjunctive? I thought with this kind of construction the meaning should shift to 'whether' or 'regardless' Que..  Subjonctif

I am using this as review but, maybe with a disclaimer you should offer at a slow and a native speed. I think that peoples ears and brains need to learn that language at native speed. Some overwhelming noncomprehension to help people realize how real language acquisition works. Maybe you do this for subscribers or something and I'm not too familiar with your services yet
