Why émue
This question relates to:French writing exercise "My weekend with Mum [US: Mom]"
Asked 4 years ago

Hi Helena,
The text says -
she was very moved = elle était très émue
If it had been a man who was moved, it would be -
Il était très ému
ému, adj, masculine, singular
émue, adj, feminine, singular
I hope this helps!
