I bought my mother a weekend by the seaside for her 50th birthday. We arrived on Saturday morning, and we dropped our luggage at the hotel. When Mum [US: Mom] saw our room, she was very moved. We took a stroll on the beach, then, around noon, we had lunch in a small seafood restaurant. The weekend went by really fast and we enjoyed every minute of it!
