Hi Adelaida, 

The expression 'vivement que' is used when you can't wait for something to happen -

Vivement que tu aies ton permis de conduire != Can't wait for you to pass your driving test!

Vivement qu'on soit en vacances ! Can't wait for us to be on holidays!

Vivement que tu partes ! = Can't wait for you to go!

and as you can see it is followed by the subjunctive.
