Hi Jim, I think you might be confusing the rules for avoir/être as an auxiliary in compound tenses like le passé composé - fatigué isn't a verb so it's not a question of conjugation, it's an adjective:
Je suis fatigué.
Vous êtes fatigués.
Vous soyez fatigués.
