The clues are very confusing. Why write U.S. right away as a clue. I thought that was what the interlocutor actually said. So although I wrote tout de suite initially I corrected it given the clue.

Hi Johnny,
We only use U.S. equivalents for expressions or words that are different from the U.K.
This is to help our American users.
So in this case if you are used to English English you will use 'straight away' and if you are used to American English it will be 'right away'. In both cases, the French is -
'tout de suite' or 'immédiatement'.
The following link will explain our policy on English usage.-
