Hi Melissa,

In the case of 'rendre visite à quelqu'un' you only conjugate the verb 'rendre' and 'visite' doesn't change , so in the passé composé it would be -

J'ai rendu visite à

Tu as rendu visite à

Il/elle/on a rendu visite à

Nous avons rendu visite à

Vous avez rendu visite à

Ils/elles ont rendu visite à

 Hope this helps!
