Is the Future Antérieur kind of the Conditionnel Futur?

Hello,

Would it be correct to think of the Future Antérieur as a kind of other way of saying the Conditionnel Futur?

It seems like a conditionnel statement of the future?

The futur antérieur relates to something that happens before another event in the future. It has a purely temporal meaning and does not connote anything conditional.

Example: When mom (will) returns, Bob will have finished his homework! Both events -- mom's returning and Bob finishing his homework -- are in the future. But of the two, finishing the homework happens before mom gets home. Therefore that part is cast in past future in English. The use of past future tense works the same in French.
