Help plz. One sentence with "dont" causes great frustrations

Question

HiWhile studying with a french article online, I found this sentence driving me crazy for 3 days....... I would greatly greatly appreciate for any help... Im wondering how "dont" works in the sentence.. Does it mean "including"? Or is it "de + qui/que"??The word "certains" comes right after the "dont" causes more frustration to me.... Cuz i cannot figure out the reason for that....Im also wondering why the adverb "impossible" is there without the verb "être"... Does French omit "qui est" like English "which is"?

Hi Chris,Thank you for your reply. I did not realise the sentence is missing from my original posting. This is the sentence......."Les légumes contiennent des minéraux, dont certains impossibles à trouver ailleurs."And i found another similar sentence from a dictionary, trying to find out an answer for my question.." Elle apportera de nombreux avantages, dont certains immédiats "Even for this second sentence, i still dont understand the "dont certains" part and why the adverb "immediats" comes after the word "certains" without "être"....
