Do you pronounce s when tous is a pronoun but not a complement to the subject
This question relates to:French lesson "Tout/tous/toute/toutes = Everything/all (of them)/whole/completely in French"

Bonjour Adam,
If 'tous' is a pronoun (being a subject of a verb or a complement of an existing plural subject), then the -s is pronounced. If 'tous' is an adjective, then the -s is not pronounced.
See links to two previous answers on this topic:
TOO, silent S - 'tous' pronounced as 'toos'
I hope this is helpful.
Bonne journée !
