Hi Dave - there are a couple of conditions that can lead to scores going down despite correct kwiz scores, the main one being when we add new content since level scores are 'out of' the whole level. This is most likely what happened. If you notice this happening ongoingly though do let me know and I'll investigate further. Thanks!
