Change of accent for poussiereuse

Why does the accent change from grave to aigue when going from poussiere to poussiereuse? Thanks

Hi Greg, 

This is simply to reflect the way it is pronounced but thank you for pointing this out -

la poussière ----> poussiéreux/se
