Yes, these are correct as well. And you have also a third option. From most formal to least formal:

1. Quel âge avez-vous? (inversion)

2. Vous avez quel âge?

3. Quel âge vous avez?

You have these three options with most partial questions.

Something to note with "quel âge a...." is, that, if the subject is a noun and not a pronoun, you have to use following form, if you want to use inversion (Option 1):
