No, incluant is never used in this context, it is a false friend in this case :)

J'avais voulu répondre "dont" à la question mais j'ai pensé que c'était peut-être un piége. Est-ce que le mot "incluant" existe même en français, et si oui, comment s'utilise-t-il?
