What does "en gras" mean in the context of a title?

I was wondering this sentence we are saving to go to France next year. I put I as nous faisionsdes économies pour aller en France L'année prochaine. But their answer they used ils font why are they using they not we?

My teacher taught me that une robe blanc et noir would be une robe blanche et noire

In the above sentence why is it "pense" à but then "détends"-toi. Since it's the tu form, why isn't it "Penses à"

Can we say je voyagerai autour l’Europe in place of Je ferai le tour de l’Europe?

So, I do know that when it comes to emotions, you're going to use the imparfait. But what about if it's a one-time thing? For example: I saw her yesterday at the supermarket and she was very upset. 

It's a one-time thing and maybe it lasts a little bit, and she'll be over it quickly. Would you still use the imparfait?

I am very confused why this is the subjunctive and not the conditional. I am still having some trouble between the two at times.

J’achèterai la voiture à condition qu’elle soit en bon état.
I’ll buy the car provided that it’s in good condition.

This seems like it should be conditional because it is saying that *if* a condition is met, something will ensue. Why is it not the conditional?

Pour moi , cet article est très intéressant. Je ne savais pas que Il y a 29 pays où le Français est soit parlé. Autre curiosité  que j'ai trouvé ce que au Viet Nam était une colonie française et que cette langue est parlé dans les relations diplomatiques comment aux Comores. Ici en Colombie le Français a devenu une langue populaire entre les jeunes colombien.
