I am 68 years old and a habitually bad speller on computers. Does Kwizik actually believe that constantly repeating a particular question is somehow going to improve my spelling on computers
Maybe it's just on my end but the "avoir" example has "eu" and "pris" examples under it.
Hi,
I have read the below but it's still not clear to me. What is the difference between:
J'ai descendu les escaliers...
Je suis descendu du train...
Bonjour ! One of the A2 level exercises asks which would be the correct beginning for the phrase « [X] a changé entre nous ? » and I'm having a hard time figuring out why the only acceptable answer here is the one with the full « qui ». I thought in front of the vowels we were supposed to make an elision in order to ease the pronunciation. Could you please help? Merci !
The email labelled this exercise as B1, but once opened is labeled A2. I thought It was rather easy.
Dictées:B1: Réveil au campingB2: Camping à la montagneC1: Comment bien monter sa tenteWhy is this wrong???
«Les Vidard ne viennent pas. Les Ford non plus» meansThe Vidards are not coming. Nor are the FordsWhat is the significance of the numbers (a date?) at the end?
"Nous _____ monter au troisième étage," is translated as We ___ go up to the third floor [US: second floor],
But, I think you meant to translate it as [US: fourth floor]
I can't find a lesson that explains why, for instance, there is no need for a preposition following the conjugated verb espérer in a sentence such as: "J'espère ne pas faire d'erreurs," whereas a sentence such as "il m'a appris à ne pas avoir faire" requires the "à" after the conjugated verb apprendre, just as "le professeur dit de ne pas parler" requries the "de" after dire.
I feel stuck with this problem and would appreciate someone's help.
Thanks so much! Kalpana
