Pourquoi on utilise "se faire" au lieu de qqchose d'autre dans la phrase suivante: 

Il faut qu'on se fasse une soirée films ...

I'm confused by 'si vous pouviez ajouter' above which I'm not sure how to translate. I would have said 'si vous pourriez ajouter': 'if you would/could add'

Why is "que tu m'as fait." translated as "you gave me" - 

Je me souviens du premier cadeau que tu m'as fait. / que tu m'a donné?

I remember the first gift you gave me.

Can someone please explain the second part of this sentence (in the "Tip" box of the lesson)? I'm not clear what "...and not regardless of which, like with verbs such as..." part of the sentence means.

You won't use this in Indirect Speech where whether = if and not regardless of which, like with verbs such as se demander (to wonder) or savoir (to know).

Not sure where or how to make this suggestion, but I always try to test myself by looking at the English first and trying to get the French right, but the way your website is set up, it’s almost impossible to do this. Since so many examples are repeated within the body of any given lesson, could you perhaps try changing the order so the English precedes the French at least once for each example? It would help us a lot do more active learning than merely reading the examples out loud. Thanks, phoebe w.

So I was reading one of these examples and I noticed that mieux was used instead of meilleur. I think meilleur would fit better as it compares two nouns (ta voiture and la mienne). Can anyone please clarify? The phrase is as follows:

I used "car" for "because" and it was marked wrong.  Is there a certain situation we need to use "parce que" instead of "car"?
