Starting a sentence with "quoi"I was marked wrong on using 'quoi" as "what" at the start a sentence. The correct answer is supposedly "que." Why is "quoi" not also acceptable?

Quand at beginning or end?Why is ´Quand on ouvre les cadeaux ?´ an incorrect response in the testant ´On ouvre les cadeaux quand ?´ is correct? As per this lesson, when we use the inverted form, the question word is at the beginning of the sentence.

Different grammar for "après que" and "avant que"?Après que uses the indicative while the avant que uses the "ne" plus subjunctive. They appear to express similar thought, after and before. Perhaps there is a difference sense in French. Thoughts.

vu vs regardéfor the translation, Yes we've seen them (films) I had "Oui, nous les avons vus" and it was marked incorrect while "nous les avons regardés" was the correct answer. Shouldn't either response be correct?

I thought "plus jamais" et "jamais plus" were both acceptable.

Is there a difference between aiguë and aigüe?In Larousse I can only find aiguë for the English "Shrill" or "Acute"

En vs DansI think the British and American English are a bit different, so I'm still not quite clear on this. So does "Nous avons mangé en 40 minutes" means we ate for 40 minutes? The duration of our meal was 40 minutes? It took us 40 minutes to eat? And "Nous mangerons dans une heure" means we will have to wait for another hour before we can eat, right?
