I am really struggling to understand the difference between these as they are both used when there is a choice as What/Which. I have read the lessons on these over and over but still consistently getting answers wrong. I was wondering if someone could explain as simply as possible please!
Many thanks
Amanda
I wonder why Le Passé Composé is used as 'adorer' is a state of mind.
I try to modify the sentence: 'Les invités sont arrivés vers dix-neuf-heures, et tout le monde a adoré les décorations et était heureux '. Is l'imparfait used correctly?
Bonjour Madame,
I asked this doubt a day ago but was unable to understand the reason behind it. The link is -

Please provide further illumination.
Bonne journée !
I Have completed A1 & A2. While attempting for a test on this portal I am qualified to learn B1. I am interested to know how long it should take to complete the B1 level?
Many thanks in advance.
I am the first to admit my listening skills aren't great, but I was wondering if anyone else can actually hear the word "même" in this phrase in this exercise? I do struggle to pick up all the words sometimes, but I've replayed this a dozen times and can't discern it at all - is it just me or has it been omitted on the audio file?)
Why not use de la?
how do I say " it will be our golden wedding anniversary later this year"
thank you
