Recently, I saw a video by a French prof saying that we use l'indicatif after the pronom relatif "que" in "comment ça se fait que" for an informal conversation.
Is it correct?

This lesson doesn’t explain why sont isn’t necessary in the sentence: Ils brûlent tous. They ARE burning all the books. I got this wrong with no explanation as to why. Help? Thanks.
in this context, if you were speaking of yourself and your partner, would you use 'on'? I thought that on was used as a more general term as we can use 'one' in English.
