My quiz has the answer for this as "Vous vous êtes caché dans le placard" I don't understand why it is cassé and not cassés . I know agreement for reflexives can be complicated but this doesn't seem to be one of those cases.

You hid in the cupboard
This question relates to:French lesson "Conjugate reflexive verbs (+être) in the compound past in French (Le Passé Composé)"
Asked 1 day ago
Bonjour Matthew,
We accept all the following possibilities depending on who the question is addressed to:
Vous vous êtes caché = talking to one male person you would say 'vous' to.
Vous vous êtes cachée = talking to one female person you would say 'vous' to
Vous vous êtes cachés = talking to a mixture of people male or female
Vous vous êtes cachées = talking to several female people
If you were talking to one person who said 'tu' to it would be either -
Tu t'es caché
or
Tu t'es cachée
depending on their gender.
Hope this helps!

It seems to me, too, that Vous vous êtes cachés... is correct.
