In the event listeners can't hear that "outai" = "ou tu es," this is explained in the boldfaced refrain to the printed lyrics just below the video.

Kimber - you know that you can click on any part of the text and see a translation ? Just wondering, as the child-like or 'nonsense' word 'Papaoutai' is explained both from the link on the title, and in the first line of the refrain.
