Why is "de dents" instead of "des dents"?

two rows of white teeth.

I wrote 

"deux rangées des dents blanche"

but the answer is 

"deux rangées de dents blanche"

 Why is "de dents" instead of "des dents"?

Hi Nil,

The English says:

two rows of white teeth = deux rangées de dents blanches

des =  de + les = of the

and is wrong here.

two rows of interesting books deux rangées de livres intéressants

three rows of green apples  = trois rangées de pommes vertes

etc.
