I find your comment quite interesting, as here Geoffrey (who is from Central France and has what we could consider a "neutral" accent in French) tried to convey a more "grumpy, grouchy" accent that, to me, comes across as closer to a traditional Parisian accent! There is a term in French, "gouailleur", that I think could qualify a bit here - it's usually (badly) translated by "cheeky" in French, but refers to the kind of "chewy" quality of that way of speaking :)
