What are the rules as to when to use, "à," "de," or nothing?

This question relates to:French lesson "Rappeler [à quelqu'un] = to remind [someone] in French"

Bonjour Susan,

This is the construction: rappeler à quelqu'un de faire quelque chose. So you use à in front of the person being reminded, and de in front of the infinitive.
