Hi Jillian,
Do you mean for 'as soon as possible'?
If so, the answer is no, as it means -
as much as possible
which isn't the same thing :
J'essaie de manger des aliments sains autant que possible = I try and eat healthy food as much as possible
Nous devons économiser autant que possible pour notre voyage = We must save as much as possible for our trip

This should have read 'autant que possible' but it got translated to English in the sending previously.
