Using 'En' before specific day + prochain

Mardi prochain, elle va à un concert.Next Tuesday, she is going to a concert.Next Tuesday, she is going to a concert.

The correct answer given above, why is 'En' not used when the lesson notes says that 'En' should be used for specific day followed by 'prochain'. Is that rule different in this case as putting the 'En' would sound weird.

In the lesson you link to, en is used for months only:

En mai il fera plus chaud. -- In May it'll get warmer.
