Bonjour Nisha,

Chris's and Maarten's answers complement each other brilliantly.

qui = which -> relative pronoun / see link: qui-to-say-who-which-or-that-relative-pronouns

en = in + duration -> preposition of time / see link: en-versus-dans-prepositions-of-time

I hope this is helpful.

Bonne journée !

That is a complex sentence and you need to read the sentence as a whole.  Qui is the subject of the verb voire ( qui ... voit), relative pronoun for “la revolution ...”.; qui is translated as ‘which’ in the transcript.

“La révolution ...” is the subject of the verb “inspirer” (La révolution ... inspire) which continues the main clause.

Do you know you can click on the transcript for translation and the pertinent lessons - the lesson on qui as relative pronoun is linked to that phrase.

La Révolution, qui, en seulement trois jours, ....

en + timespan = within timespan

en seulement trois jours -- within only three days.
