We use extra e for féminin elle in passé composé. Why not in Présent tense.
elle s'est réveillée. (Passé composé)il/elle se réveille (Présent)
I am confused. Please help me out.

Bonjour Hameet,
Chris is spot on! When using the auxiliary 'être' in Le Passé Composé, the past participle agrees in gender and number with the subject of the verb. See link here for more information: Agreeing past participle with subject's gender and number with (+ être) verbs in Le Passé Composé
As there are no auxiliary in Le Présent de L'Indicatif, there is no agreement.
I hope this is helpful.
Bonne journée !
That's just how the passé composé for reflexive verbs is formed : être + past participle. And the past participle matches the subject in number and gender.
Il s'est réveillé
Elle s'est réveillée
Ils se sont réveillés
Elles se sont réveillees.
I am not certain whether that's already taught at level A1, though. You might just have to be a bit patient.
