Ce qu'elle aime le moins chez lui, c'est son arrogance.
What she likes the least in him is his arrogance.

Ce qu'elle aime le moins chez lui, c'est son arrogance.
What she likes the least in him is his arrogance.
The preposition chez has a few more uses than just specifying someone's home or place. For example:
C'est la coutume chez les anglais de prendre leur thé à 4 heures. -- It's the custom with the English to take their tea at 4 o'clock.
So chez may be used in a more figurative way too.
Ce qu'elle aime le moins chez lui... -- What she liked the least with him.....
