usage of different prepositions

I can't remember the exact phrase but for, 

She will be famous all over the world

you will not say 'autour du monde' which suggests more of a voyage physically around the globe.

You could say 'à travers le monde / partout dans le monde' but I think

'dans le monde entier' is better.
